• Renovation of a 4-story, 105,000 SF building

• To be completed in December

• UW Researchers will focus on muscle development, diseases and tissue repair of the cardiovascular system and novel therapeutics and interventions of women's cancers (breast, ovarian, endometrial and cervical).

• Phase II

• Approximately 188,000 SF of biomedical research space

• Approximately 96,000 SF of office space

• Phase III

• Approximately 350,000 SF of biomedical research and office space
